Place evidence that cannot be marked (items that are fragile, of
high intrinsic value or that are too small) in a suitable
container, seal the container, and mark the container with your
initials or signature and the date and time. NOTE:
Include the
CID control number or MPR number, as appropriate.

Record each item of evidence on an evidence custody document DA
Form 4137 and tag with DA Form 4002.
