(1) The tag will be completed in ink or typewritten by the person who
collects it at the crime scene.
(2) Contents of the tag will be completed as follows:
(a) Document Number.
A single digit number representing document
sequence for the year followed by the last two digits of the year. Example: 7-
9X.
