Recommendations.
a. The inspector has identified security weaknesses or deficiencies. Now it
is the duty of the inspector to recommend sound, feasible solutions. The aim is to
correct these problems.
b. Recommendations must be consistent with:
(1) Installation mission.
(2) Threat to the installation.
(3) Urgency or recommendation and remedial action necessary.
(4) Budget limitations.
(5) Facilities, materials, and support available.
(6) Regulatory requirements.
14.
Exit Interview.
a. An exit interview is the third phase of the inspection.
It should be
conducted as soon as possible after the inspection.
The inspection's goal and
objectives should be restated.
b. Findings of the inspection will be discussed.
c. A copy of the inspection report will be forwarded through command
channels.
It will be sent not later than 30 days following completion of the
inspection.
