Prisoner Jones' MXRD was computed to be 16 Nov 05. Go to the table for the year
2005 (figure 1-2) and follow down the "Day" column to 16, then across to the
month of Nov. The group of numbers we find at this intersection is 38672. Now
subtract the 10 days GCT, and we arrive at a figure of 38662. We now use the
same table in reverse order to find the MRD. Find 38662 in the table. Note the
month going up the column to the top, and also note the day by going across either
to the extreme left or right. By doing this, we determine that Prisoner Jones has a
potential MRD of 6 Nov 05.

Prisoner Johnson has a MXRD of 26 Apr 06. Use figure 1-3 and convert the date to
the 5-digit group of numbers. Now subtract 35 days GCT from 38833 and we
arrive at the number 38798. Reverse the procedure and find 38798 in figure 1-3.
Go up to the month and across to the day and we have now established that Prisoner
Johnson's MRD is 23 Mar 06.

Prisoner Curry has a MXRD of 20 Feb 06. This is converted in figure 1-3 to 38768.
Subtract his 45 days MGCT and we arrive at a figure of 38723. Use the reverse
order and find an MRD of 6 Jan 06.
