This file is maintained by the MPI section on each individual who
has official business with the section.
The file is used to facilitate the relationship between members of the section and
other agencies.
The file contains the following information:

Addresses.

Telephone numbers.

Important contacts.
This file serves to eliminate the need to contact the individual when the above
information is required in a report. The file should also record the Individual's
