6. ACIS usage/requirements should include but not be limited to the following:
a. Defense security information. There must be no classified information on ACIS.
b. Invasion of individual privacy. Unauthorized release of elements of data in ACIS would
constitute an invasion of individual privacy under the Privacy Act of 1974.
c. All hard-copy material will be placed in an area where only authorized personnel may use
it; it will not be exposed or provided for public use. Under no circumstances will a hard-copy
rendering of the output be used or offered outside the military corrections or confinement
channels.
